Fashion: The Teenage Guide to a Wedding Wardrobe

Hello fellow readers! My name is Olivia and I am working alongside Cwtch the Bride and Maria Farrelly this week for my year 10 work experience. I decided to create a blog post based upon what teenage guests can wear to a wedding event, as I am interested in both the fashion and photography industry. So without further ado, here is ‘The Teenage Guide to a Wedding Wardrobe’.

High Street Fashion in the 2015 Colour of the Year

Colour experts Pantone have named their colour of the year for 2015 as Marsala, they describe it as “a naturally robust and earthy wine red”. This colour will suit pretty much every skin tone so is perfect for bridesmaids, but now that we are moving into spring/summer I’m not sure how easy it will be to find.

Pantone also say “This highly varietal shade combines dramatically with neutrals, including warmer taupes and grays. Because of its burnished undertones, sultry Marsala is highly compatible with amber, umber and golden yellows, greens in both turquoise and teal, and blues in the more vibrant range.”

With all of this in mind I am making it my mission to find some beautiful high street fashions suitable for savvy guests and en trend bridesmaids.
