Morning Cwtchers,

We are know less than 2 weeks to our gorgeous wedding festival #Cwtchfest2018 at St Fagans National museum of History and with the sun becoming more of a regular occurrence we are starting to really feel the festival vibes!

Today we have our lovely exhibitor Lisa from Lumi Event Design joining us with her tips on creating that festival vibe to your wedding day.  Make sure you check out our front entrance which will have pieces designed by Lisa.

1. Blankets, rugs and low tables – Help your guests get into the festival vibe with patterned rugs, soft cushions and cosy blankets.  Reclaimed wooden crates make great low tables and add to the rustic, carefree feel.

2. Tipis and fairy lights – Add the latest trend to your event – a naked tipi! Dress it with chiffon fabric, flowers, foliage and fairy lights to add a whimsical touch.

3. Dress your tent – Adorn your wedding tent with festoon lighting, macrame and colourful ribbons or streamers.

4. Grab-and-go drinks – A beer barrow is sure to be a hit on your big day.  Freeze flowers or petals into your ice cubes for a touch of fun!
